With the Supreme Court hearing arguments regarding California’s Proposition 8 this morning, I thought it was a good time to revisit my post regarding same-sex marriage:

The Cutter’s Guide to Fixing America: Gay Marriage

I was going to add in a few new points, but I think I said it all pretty well the first time.  You can basically sub in the group Protect Marriage for the Maryland Marriage Alliance, and the arguments remain the same.

If anyone happens to know any Supreme Court justices, feel free to pass this along to them!  (Even John Roberts?  ESPECIALLY John Roberts!)
